We advise our clients throughout their M&A or Venture Financing transaction, including due diligence, deal terms, transaction structure, financial review, executive management and employee retention strategies and compensation, transaction mechanics up to and following closing, and post-closing activities. We make the process streamlined, efficient, and minimally burdensome for our clients so that they can concentrate on running the business while we focus on closing the deal.

Michael also serves as Chief Legal Officer for an advertising technology company, after being the first corporate attorney elevated to partner at a New Jersey-based corporate and M&A law firm. Previously, Michael was a member of the Venture Law Group in one of New York’s most well-respected digital media, entertainment, and intellectual property law firms.
Michael served as the 2017-2019 Chair of the Federal Bar Association’s IP Law Section, and is a past President of the FBA’s SDNY Chapter, where his leadership earned the chapter the Presidential Excellence Award. Michael was named to the Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list for five consecutive years.
In addition to practicing law, Michael plays guitar, drums, and piano, and enjoys playing music, biking and hiking. He is also a long-distance runner and ran the New York City Marathon twice, the San Francisco Marathon, and nineteen half marathons.
